Free standard shipping Aus wide for orders over $150

$12.00 flat rate 

Express options available at checkout

 Please note : express shipping refers to the time when your orders has been picked up by our courier. We pride ourselves on having your order ready within 14 days from purchase, at most.  In the occasional case longer, for busier sale periods and holidays, for processing and packing orders.

Express post parcels in Australia,  still can take up to 2-3 business days for delivery ( depending on location). We are not responsible for delays in postage.

Please expect longer then normal processing and delivery times over busy holiday seasons.

Please note : once your order is in the hands of the postal system, we have no control over delays, so should delivery be held up, please be patient with us, and contact your local postal system for further information on your tracking. We can only give you the information provided on your tracking.

It is up to the responsibility of the receiver to track their own package and ensure they are home when delivery is expected. Please use your tracking provided and always contact your local postal service with your tracking for any updates. Should any issues with delivery arise they should contact info@peachylane.com.au within at least 3 weeks past the item being sent. 

Please note : Peachy Lane does not issue refunds if parcels are late , or have been sent back because they have been failed to be collected. It is up to the receiver to ensure they have stated the correct delivery address, and are available for the delivery of the parcel or contacted their local post office to arrange pickup . If several attempts have been made and the item is sent back , the receiver is responsible for postage charges back to them. Refunds are not applicable on postage or items costs. 

All items purchased as “ ATL” are authority to leave and Peachy Lane does not accept responsibility for any parcels missing after delivery. 

Please ensure you check your tracking before sending through inquiries, due to the volume of orders we deal with we cannot assist with all tracking inquiries or know exactly when a parcel will arrive. This can be tracked through your tracking link.

Orders are ATL (Authority to leave) unless otherwise selected at time of purchase. Peachy Lane will not be liable for parcels missing once delivered.

If your packaging is open or damaged upon receipt, the receiver is required to take this up with the postal system IMMEDIATELY, to ensure they are correctly compensated.

 Weekends 

Like everyone else, we enjoy our weekends off. Whilst our work never stops, email and order enquires are not always attended to over the weekend. Please allow for business days only when processing and packing your item .
